About Me
My name is Jessica McNamara
& I'm raising Ruby.
I am a licensed social worker with several years of experience in the field, and I have also served as a personal assistant. In my various roles, I have been truly valued for my work as a personal assistant, and my employers have become like family to me.
Currently, I am raising my fabulous daughter, Ruby, who is almost two years old. She has transformed my life and inspired me to pursue my dreams. Until recently, I wasn't sure what those dreams were. However, through my latest personal assistant job, I've discovered my passion for this work—building connections with employers, solving problems, and feeling appreciated for a job well done.
With this new found clarity, I have decided to start my own business with my daughter in mind. I aspire to be a strong, passionate, self-employed business owner and set the best example for Ruby as I aim for the stars.

Who is this for? It's for busy individuals. You don't need to be a business owner; stay-at-home parents are just as busy and may also need some relief. My custom service plan allows me to offer a full range of services to anyone who needs to lighten their load.

Monthly Assist
If you need ongoing bespoke assistance, this is the plan for you! We decide together how many hours (just an estimate) a month you need me. I will do reccurring needed work as well as on-call assistance.

Weekly Assist
Busy week! Call me and outsource some of your tasks. Once you're a client you can book "weeks" that you will need assistance. We will determine tasks and projects together.

Project Assist
Project assist consists of focusing on a specific goal. Tell me what you want done and I'll tackle it. This can be a physical project or an administrative project. Project assist has no time limit. It can be a long-term or day project. Everything is custom.
